Upload an Excel file to bulk import products and variants

Instructions

  • 1. Download the template file
  • 2. Fill in the Products sheet with your product details
  • 3. Fill in the Variants sheet with sizes, colors, prices, and quantities
  • 4. Upload the completed Excel file

Note: If a product or variant with the same name/SKU exists, it will be updated.

Excel Format (Simplified)

Products Sheet columns:

name, brand, description, tags, status, image_url, metadata (JSON)

Variants Sheet columns:

product_name, sku, size, color, price, stock_quantity, reorder_level
